Executive Director, CLO Operations (New York)

My client, a Globally known Credit Firm, is currently seeking an Executive Director in CLO Operations to join their growing team in New York.

​

In this role, you will manage the full life-cycle of multiple CLO vehicles, including new issues, resets, refinances, and redemptions. You will lead a team of professionals, oversee liquidity management, implement system enhancements, and ensure the accurate and timely reporting of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire life-cycle of CLO vehicles, from warehouses and new issues to refinances and redemptions.
• Lead and manage a team of direct reports and offshore consultants.
• Supervise daily portfolio reviews, cash management, and loan settlements.
• Drive system and process improvements within the CLO Operations team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including trustees, administrators, and corporate service providers.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with specific expertise in full-cycle CLO management.
• Strong understanding of fixed income products and bank loans.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems such as FIS VPM, Indus Valley Partners (IVP) products, or Bloomberg.
