About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director, Head of Legal Operations to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within our legal department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimize legal department processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
• Manage and oversee the contract management system, ensuring all contracts are properly negotiated, executed, and stored
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and data analytics to drive decision-making
• Develop and manage the legal department budget, tracking expenses and providing regular financial reporting
• Oversee vendor management, ensuring effective partnerships with external counsel and service providers
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the legal department

Requirements

​

• 8+ years of experience in legal operations, with a strong track record of driving process improvements and efficiency gains
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions
• Experience with contract management systems, e-billing, and legal technology platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
