Corporate Paralegal
Job Description
A progressive, growing law firm in Dublin 2 is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 1-2 years’ experience to join them on a permanent basis. You will provide legal and administrative support to an exceptionally busy corporate team across all areas of their practice. Working closely with fee-earners, you will be involved with document production, legal research, client onboarding, and file management.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to fee-earners across the firm – scanning, post, circulating documents, file management.
- Document preparation, arranging notarization, preparation of document bibles.
- Board meetings – attendance and minute taking.
- Supporting in the accounts process – AML, billing, invoices.
- Correspondence – drafting client correspondence, collating reports, responding to queries.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role within a commercial law firm (Legal Administration, Legal Secretary, Paralegal)
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong MS Office experience and ability to work on systems.
