Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Specialist to join our legal team. The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for the preparation, review, and management of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Responsibilities

​

• Prepare, review, and manage a wide range of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is included in contracts and agreements
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties as needed
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks
• Manage contract renewals and terminations
• Track and report on key contract metrics
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

​

• 3+ years of experience in contracts administration or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of contract law and principles
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with contract management software is a plus
