HOW A CONTRACTS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Manages contracts professionals supporting the assigned business unit
- Manages the negotiation and administration of assigned contracts, ensuring contractual compliance with relevant terms and conditions
- Negotiates contracts, including price, terms and conditions, and reviews contractual documents for legal sufficiency prior to execution
- Ensures internal contractual compliance with relevant terms and conditions and compliance with designated management objectives
- Serves as point of contact with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of related contracts administration experience required.
- Experience: 5+ years of related contracts administration experience
- Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Required Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing including FAR and non-FAR entities. Experience with complex contract renegotiations. Experience with supply chain contracts inclusive of import and export concerns. Effective administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Understanding of business acumen. Relevant leadership, mentorship, training, or experience leading a team.
- Preferred Skills and Abilities: Professional certification (e.g., CPCM/CFCM). 5-10 years of related contracts management experience with U.S. Department of Treasury or similar financial based mission agencies.

The likely salary range for this position is $121,680 - $158,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
