Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience creating, working with, and reviewing vendor contracts 
• Experience developing scopes of work and SLAs 
• Experience negotiating contracts, specifically payment terms, pricing, indemnification clauses, insurance, and other T&Cs 
• Experience redlining contracts
• Able to go onsite 2 days/week in NYC

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Jr. Contract Specialist for one of their clients. This person will join the finance team as a Contract Specialist to help review and execute contracts with internal stakeholders and external vendors. They will manage end to end processes for contract execution developing scopes of work and service level agreements as well as work on purchase orders & requisitions. They will work on anything as large as a Master Service Agreement or as little as a one-off simple contractor agreement. This role is 8:00am-5:00pm, 3 days/week onsite in Manhattan.
