Contract Specialist

Job Description

• Hybrid 3 days per week, Miramar ideally M, T, W but they can be flexible on days if needed
• Not a senior role and 1-2 years of experience as a contract analyst/admin
• Anyone coming from telecom, cabling or even service provider companies would be a HUGE plus but not required
• The CLM tool they use is Apttus/Conga which would be a plus but not required as long as someone has used a CLM tool and knows how to navigate through it

Day to Day

• Reviewing contracts and agreements
• Redlining is a big piece for this role
• Working with internal teams to adjust and fill in scope SLA's etc
• Working with vendors and their agreements/contracts
• Using the CLM tool for documentation, reporting and tracking of agreements/contracts
• Solid experience with Excel would be nice to have
• The team currently has 2 other analysts and they will probably add 2 more
• Each analyst is usually responsible for 40-50 agreements/contracts at a time. Some are shorter and quicker but its a good mix of various contracts
