Duties
- Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule.
- Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Partnering cross-functionally to coordinate contracts-related project activities to ensure compliance and on-time completion Continued monitoring tracking and reporting of contractual terms
- Audit/Monitoring of contract management policies to ensure consistent application.
- Ad Hoc Support of Contracts-Related Activities Monitor, track and audit of contract terms, changes, and performance to ensure compliance and maintain associated documentation Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule.

- Experience with performing process and control reviews, identify control gaps, and recommend opportunities for improvement Adapt quickly and appropriately to changes Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Gsheets,Gdocs, Gslides) Ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Business Analytics + Contract Management background Preferred/Plus: (1) Experience in Quickbase + Aravo systems. (2) Contract Management w/ general understanding of contractual commitments and risks (3) General knowledge of relevant third party industry regulations (IE- CCPA, CPRA, etc)
- Education (if required) : Bachelor's Degree (subject preferred but not required) Need minimum 3-5 years experience in contract management Bachelor's Degree (subject preferred but not required) Need minimum 3-5 years experience in contract management
