Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an experienced and qualified Contracting Manager located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting Request for Proposals (RFPs), reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and managing contract lifecycle processes. This role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining contract documentation, and resolving contract-related issues.
Qualifications
- Contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills
- Experience in contract lifecycle management and compliance
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
- Experience in the professional services or management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
