Job Description

Purpose

The Contract Manager is responsible for managing Intelerad’s international commercial contract negotiation ting process from the creation of a contract until its execution. A successful candidate will have experience drafting a variety of software agreements, responding to redlines and leading calls with prospective clients to reach execution.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare global contracts, renewal contracts and amendments for new and existing clients
  • Negotiate terms with clients via phone and in writing
  • Work within Intelerad’s contract database
  • Enlist internal stakeholders for approvals on negotiable terms
  • Share contract knowledge with departments across Intelerad
  • Manage commercial volume through Intelerad’s legal tracker on Salesforce
  • Occasionally provide support for non-commercial matters facing the company

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related experience
  • Great communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate Intelerad’s position to third parties
  • Ability to clearly communicate contract status to a range of internal stakeholders
  • Experience redlining agreements and the ability to quickly learn Intelerad’s standard negotiation practices
  • Experience working closely with financial deal documents
  • Flexible, positive, and well-organized team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced software company
  • Ability to work independently and with little oversight
  • Outstanding work and academic record

Preferred

  • Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Word’s redline function
  • Legal background with internal corporate contract management
  • Experience negotiating SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, procurement requisitions
