Contract Administrator
Job Description:
Piper Companies is currently seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join a groundbreaking financial solutions team in a hybrid capacity in Baltimore, MD or Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities for Contract Administrator include:
- Supervises and administers the construction phase for various projects.
- Leads Construction Administration tasks, ensuring adherence to construction documents.
- Develops project protocols, addresses issues, reviews budgets, and certifies requirements.
- Initiates document updates, project evaluations, and processes change orders.
- Collects and disseminates test reports.
- Reviews, interprets, and responds to all types of construction documents.
- Serve as the Prime Consultant by overseeing sub-consultants, leading construction meetings, and representing the owner.
- Assist in the Commissioning process through observation and troubleshooting.
Qualifications for Contract Administrator include:
- 5+ years’ experience of construction administration experience
- Licensure or tradesmen accreditation within any related CSI Division preferred
- Must be able to inspect all areas of a job site in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, and or lifting.
- May require travel.
Compensation for the Contract Administrator includes:
- Salary Range: $100,000- $120,000 *depending on experience
