Compliance Senior Associate

About The Company

Our client is a leading alternative investment firm with over $160 billion in AUM. The firm invests in credit, fixed income, venture capital, and real estate companies. The Senior Associate will assist with advice and guidance, address business specific issues, and draft business policies and procedures tailored to the firm.

Responsibilities

​

• Develop and implement all compliance requirements in the business  
• Assist with compliance assurance matters and examination readiness  
• Assist in the investor onboarding process related to compliance with AML and KYC policies and procedures  
• Respond to issues and questions identified by surveillance staff  
• Ensure relevant regulatory filings are submitted appropriately  
• Communicate to management all issues and risks that need to be addressed

Requirements

​

• Bachelor’s degree required  
• 4-6 years of related compliance experience  
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and Advisers Act regulation  
• Strong written communication skills

Salary Range

​

$100,000-$110,000
