Compliance Director

About the Role

The Compliance Director will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our company's compliance program. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned compliance professional to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring we are meeting all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that ensures our company is meeting all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compliance
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of reports and other required filings
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (law, business, finance, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the financial services industry
• Professional certification in compliance (e.g. CCO, CCEP, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
