Compliance Director
About the Role
The Compliance Director will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our company's compliance program. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned compliance professional to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring we are meeting all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that ensures our company is meeting all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compliance
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of reports and other required filings
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (law, business, finance, etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the financial services industry
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g. CCO, CCEP, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
