Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Legal Officer at TruVita Wellness. The Chief Legal Officer will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the company, providing legal advice, ensuring corporate governance compliance, and handling labor and employment law issues. The position is based in Houston, TX, with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Legal, Corporate Governance, and Labor and Employment Law expertise
• Experience in providing legal advice and addressing legal issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership
