Legal Assistant
The Topsoe, Inc. ("Topsoe") Legal Intern will assist the Topsoe legal group by conducting research, writing reports and memoranda, drafting contracts, providing updates on issues identified by the Topsoe legal group, assisting in some administrative aspects, and generally supporting the Topsoe legal group with negotiations, contracts, and related matters.

Legal Intern Job Tasks
- Prepares legal drafts by assembling and organizing information for legal forms and documents, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, licenses, purchase orders, correspondence and similar documents.
- Researches various matters by studying laws, statutes, regulations, court opinions, including precedents and reasoning.
- Provides status reports to supervising attorney on a weekly basis.
- Supports and assists the legal assistant in certain administrative matters.
- Meets with Topsoe legal group members and others as requested from time to time.
Legal Intern Skills And Qualifications
- Legal research and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Office administrative experience and skills, word processing and general computer skills.
- Interest or experience in technology licensing, engineering and supply agreements.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
