Coordinator - Operations (US)
This is a remote-based position in the US; however, we are looking for candidates to work PST hours.
Elevate is recruiting a Coordinator to join our Med Legal team. The Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with sales, customers, and the service delivery team to create an exceptional customer experience during the casework process. You will work as a member of the operations team supporting the administrative processing of cases and estimating the cost of services. Through your collaboration and partnership with the team in support of our customers, you will understand customer needs and preferences to anticipate and exceed their expectations.
Specifically, the Coordinator will
- Use our online database to process records supporting the full cycle of case management.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with the Delivery, Elevate Experience, and Sales team regarding case details and deadlines.
- Estimate cost of services and prepare quotes for customers.
- Work directly with offshore team to process cases and estimate cost of services.
- Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our customers succeed.
Experience
- 4+ years preferably in an operations department in a professional environment (legal, insurance, banking, healthcare) - but will consider other relevant work experience.
Skills for Success
- Organized and a whiz at multitasking and keeping projects on track.
- Detail-focused with a penchant for accuracy.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with mathematical calculations.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
Technical Skills
- High level of competency in navigation of MS Office and cloud-based technologies.
Compensation
- The pay rate for this remote-based role is $50,000-$65,000 per year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
