Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, onsite Legal Intake Specialist who not only handles the initial client contacts but also excels in sales, persuading potential clients of the value of our services. This role requires a proactive approach to client interaction, with an emphasis on uplifting, convincing, and ultimately converting inquiries into retained clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients through detailed intake interviews, understanding their needs and effectively selling our services as the best solution for their legal challenges.
  • Persuasive Communication: Utilize exceptional sales techniques to build trust and rapport quickly, influencing clients' decisions and increasing client retention rates.
  • Active Listening and Empathy: Communicate with potential clients in a manner that conveys understanding and confidence, ensuring they feel valued and confident in choosing our firm.
  • Collaboration with Legal Team: Work closely with attorneys to understand the specifics of offered services, ensuring accurate and compelling presentations of our capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience and a strong ability to close deals and manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and influential speech.
  • Experience in client intake and customer service within a sales-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Legal background or experience is highly preferred; bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to adapt to new technologies and software upgrades.
